I cooked the cheesecake longer than 90 minutes thinking possibly it was the pan I used for the water bath. I cooked it until it was just a little jiggly in the middle and it turned out solid and creamy. Great cheesecake!

Tried this recipe on 11/24/2010 - Wonderful!!! Was a big hit on Thanksgiving Day. You cannot use a spring pan for this because of the water bath. After going to several stores looking for this particular pan I ended up going to Restaurant Depot and purchased a 9 x 3 baking pan. You can also order the pan through the internet. The best pumpkin cheescake I ever tasted.

I was excited to make this recipe after watching the Today Show. Unfortunately, it came out like custard rather than cheesecake. Any suggestions as to what might have gone wrong?
Friends advise me that most cheesecake recipes call for oven temp of 350.

I'm a huge fan of Brussels sprouts, but never seem to come up with a fun way to cook them, aside from simple steaming or boiling. Looking forward to trying this out. Thanks for the recipe!

I made this soup and I think that it's great. Loved the flavor and all of the ingredients. Wouldn't change a thing I just added more carrots and celery and used a little less olive oil!
